Lightweight aluminum spacers for spacing between parts, standardized from three processes.
Aluminum spacers are approximately one-third the weight of brass and iron spacers, making them ideal for weight reduction. They are non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, and excel in lightweight, high strength, conductivity, and thermal conductivity. Their use has been increasing in the fields of electronic and mechanical components, where miniaturization and lightweight design are advancing in recent years.
They are also certified by Kawasaki City's manufacturing brand, and starting from new products in 2021, we have added the "M5" screw standard, which can be attached to large products.
【Shape】
- Round hollow
【Material】
Lead-free free-cutting aluminum (CB156) with lead content below 10 ppm
Lead-free free-cutting aluminum (KS26) with lead content below 300 ppm
【Processing】
Acid washing treatment: Usable for printed circuit board attachment without plating
Kanizen plating treatment: Features uniform film thickness, high corrosion resistance, and high hardness, used in a wide range of industrial products
Black anodizing treatment: Oxidizes the aluminum surface layer through electrolytic anodization, generating a thick oxide coating. It has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, is electrically insulated, hard, and has good wear resistance.
We also handle both male and female threaded types, as well as washers, bushes, screws, and more.
